Absolutely the cleanest fresh water owned boat I have seen in some time. Shiny hull, clean interior, no smells, All canvas good and enclosures, Clean engine room,. It does not get any better and where can you buy a water front home for less than 70k. It is a nice yacht and has it all. Bow thruster, windlass, etc.
